Eating with Cellulite

The most common misconception is that cellulite is linked to obesity. Drastic diets and sudden changes in weight can lead to exactly the opposite effect of what you want to achieve.
Truth about Cellulite Program says a balanced diet is the best a way of preventing the appearance of "orange peel"
In your daily menu must attend many fruits and vegetables (best consumed raw)
Replace white bread with whole grain, vegetable oil with olive oil, white sugar, brown

Choose foods rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, E, carotenoids, zinc, dietary fiber - citrus fruits, strawberries, carrots, grapes. Vitamin C as an antioxidant in addition, has a special role in the synthesis of collagen, "cement" substance between the cells, which gives skin elasticity and connective tissue.
Fish is the perfect "anti-cellulite" food because it contains essential fatty acids that strengthen cell membranes and accelerate the metabolism

Avoid carbonated drinks, alcohol, all canned foods
Limit salt - 2 grams per day amount for normal functioning of the body
Drink plenty of water - it cleans toxins that clog the body
Fruit and vegetable juices are so useful that they do not bother even calories that they contain. Carrot juice, celery, apples, oranges and other active use in the fight against cellulite.
Keep in mind that even if you find it odd if I eat once a day on the most direct path to obesity
